These terms apply to Nihonbashi Seller Workspace (the "Service") provided by Nihonbashi LLC ("we"). By using the Service you agree to them.
The Service helps sellers manage their own Amazon.com business: profit calculation, FBA inbound shipment preparation, listings on existing catalog items and pricing. It is provided to sellers who have a separate agreement with us. Fees are set in that agreement.
You are responsible for the users you add and for keeping their sign-in details secret. You connect your Amazon account by authorizing the Service in Seller Central, and you may revoke that authorization at any time.
Your data, including data from your Amazon account, belongs to you. You allow us to process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not use the Service to break the law or Amazon's policies, to access another person's account, or to interfere with the Service.
We may change the Service, or suspend it for maintenance or security. We will give notice of important changes where we can.
You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking authorization and contacting us. We delete your Amazon data within 30 days after the Service ends for you.
We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee results such as sales or profit. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Yokohama District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
