Nihonbashi LLC (日本橋合同会社)

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

This policy explains how Nihonbashi LLC ("we") handles information in Nihonbashi Seller Workspace (the "Service"). We comply with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and with the Amazon Services API Developer Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.

1. Information we handle

Information from the seller

Name, company name, email address and phone number of the seller's users; the seller's purchase costs, suppliers and shipment records that the seller enters.

Information from Amazon (only with the seller's authorization)

For the seller's own account: catalog items and listings, prices and fee estimates, FBA inventory, FBA inbound shipments, orders without buyer personal information, and settlement and financial event data. We do not request access to buyer names, shipping addresses or other personal information of Amazon customers.

Usage logs

Sign-in times, IP addresses and actions in the Service, kept for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use it

Only to provide the Service to that seller: to calculate profit, prepare FBA inbound shipments, manage listings and prices, provide support, and keep the Service secure. We do not use a seller's Amazon data for any other purpose.

3. Separation between sellers

Each seller's data is kept in that seller's own workspace. We never show one seller's Amazon data to another seller, and we do not combine Amazon data from several sellers.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade any information. We share information only with the service providers that host the Service (Google Cloud and Supabase, Tokyo region), under contracts that require them to protect it, or when required by law.

5. Storage and security

6. Retention and deletion

We keep a seller's data while the seller uses the Service. When the seller revokes authorization or the contract ends, we delete the seller's Amazon data and authorization tokens within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Security incidents

If we learn of a security incident that affects a seller's data, we will notify the affected seller and, where Amazon data is involved, Amazon within 24 hours, and take steps to contain it.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to disclose, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Contact us at the address below.

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and tell sellers by email before important changes take effect.
